What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 2:00 pm and check-out by 10:00 am. Earlier or later by arrangement.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Is parking available?
Free parking is available right in front of the guesthouse.
How does payment work?
Payment on site in cash, or by bank transfer by arrangement.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all apartments.
Is there a guest card?
Yes, you receive the regional guest card on arrival.
What benefits does the guest card include?
Benefits vary by season, but typically include free or discounted services such as cable cars, lake access, public transport, guided tours, or museums. We can share the current details on site.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Ashtrays are available on the balconies.
Is there a ski room?
Yes. A ski room is available for storing your gear.
Is the guesthouse a Ski4Free partner?
No, Ski4Free is currently not available.

Who receives the Guest Card Basic?
Every guest staying in the region receives the Guest Card Basic. One card is issued per person.
How do I get the Guest Card Basic?
You receive the Guest Card Basic directly on arrival at our accommodation. The card is free, personal, and valid for your entire stay, including arrival and departure day.
What is included in public transport?
With the Guest Card Basic, regional bus lines are included free of charge. With a valid guest card, you can also use S-Bahn lines and selected regional rail services in Carinthia. Official rules apply for details and exceptions (e.g. bike transport).
How often can I use the Guest Card Basic benefits?
Benefits can be used without limitation. Date- or weekday-specific services are valid only on the specified day. The information provided by each partner is binding.
What if I lose the Guest Card Basic?
If the card is lost, your host can issue a duplicate. The original card becomes invalid, and only the duplicate remains valid.
